Daging Kambing Bakar Simple, Pantas tapi Sedap!

Hai! Dah jam 11.22 p.m. since post ni start ditulis. Ada yang dah nak tidur? Tyra sekarang bersebelahkan adik yang tengah siapkan homework sambil tengok MOTIF VIRAL dekat ASTRO RIA. Teringat pulak kes member viral sampai masuk TV. Hahahhaa. Cerita Caliph Busker dan pengalaman mereka berpuasa. Pengalaman berpuasa korang macam mana?

Tak sempat buat beria, berbuka puasa 7.24 p.m, 7.15 baru sampai rumah. Okay dah stop membebel jom start!

Ni resipi sendiri tau. Follow lah #ResipiTyra #TyraBecomesAChef #TyraInKitchen hahha!

Untuk kambing bakar:
  2. Tyra tambah madu sebab nak pagi pedas manis, garlic untuk kasi rasa tajam. Garlic tak pelu banyak sangat ok?
Tyra guna pemanggang mak. So tak tau kalau guna oven berapa lama dan paras suhu yang sesuai.......

Bahan-bahan untuk mashed potato dan kuah:
  1. Ubi kentang (4 atau 5 biji)
  2. 3 sudu butter
  3. Setengah cawan tepung jagung (dibancuh dengan secawan air)
  4. Seketul kiub ayam ataupun air rebusan ayam
Cara penyediaan:
  1. Kupas kulit kentang. Rebus kentang sampai empuk.

This way better daripada buat coleslaw sebab tak perlu guna mayones. Jimat sikit saturated fat.

 Aduh, laparnya!

Kalau tambah sayur jadi macam ni, hahhaha!

Okay so Tyra dah share simple punya cara nak memasak, Tyra pun tak selalu masak (awak bakal suami kalau awak baca ni terima lah kekurangan saya, saya pandai masak dan sedap cuma jarang masak sebab busy sikit je k) tapi boleh cuba okay! Good luck. Hehhhe. See you later. Ada cerita best kat DIVA Channel ni! :*

Sincerely, Tyra

Bersantai di Grind Roots Cafe @ PV128, Setapak.

So, today topik yang Tyra akan kupas is about a new cafe dekat PV128, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Lately kita tak dapat nafikan yang kemunculan kafe-kafe hipster memang macam cendawan turun selepas hujan. Tapi sebenarnya bukan senang nak maintain F&B business ni (sebagai seorang yg uruskan business catering), produk kita memang kena ada kelebihan tak kisah lah dari segi rasa, mahupun servis yang disediakan. I think this one new cafe kat Setapak ni memang worth it untuk dapat pujian. I pernah nampak one of the crews tweeted that the food all were cooked full heartedly for customer.. And I terharu. Sebab most of business owner don't really care abt presentation or taste, yg penting untung.

Here's the interior/ some views of Grind Roots Cafe.

Grind Root Cafe
Ground floor PV 128, Setapak, KL
Business hour: 12 pm until 1 am everyday
Western and Asian in a plate, always in big portion
Cerealicious Stall inside (collection of cereals from the whole world)

This Grind Roots Cafe always open for reservation, you can always refer 0129233107 (Mr Joh) or 0133481992 (Ms Ain).

Okay look at the food? Don't cry babe, go and get it, extremely delicious, scrumptious!

Omg those chicken wings made me cry!

I'm so done with spaghetti..... I'll eat it even I'm already full. Pluas it comes with meat.

The butter chicken, is sooo yummeh

I'll eat non stop... A plate of meatballs won't ever enough!

And if you wanna know the burger sauce is homemade you won't get anywhere.

The signature: CHOCOLOLO, only RM 15.90

Why So Cereal is coming soon!  Special presentation pula tu.

Also, they are some choice of cakes like cheese cake, red velvet, oreo cheese, chocolate moist and many more. I'm so excited to go there after the Eid. I hope they gonna do promotions, kawan-kawan keep asking me a dinner treat, luls. They got wifi, THE MOST ATTRACTIVE FACTOR for me bcs I'm gonna bring my MacBook 24/7. So instead of lepaking or having function here you can come and do works.

Me & tips to find a good cafe

1) Provides wifi
2) Have a lot of power socket/ plug
3) Handsome waiter & beautiful waitress
4) Free plain water
5) Halthy food on menu!

Bring your love! I'll soon gonna date here, you should too!

Sincerely, Tyra

Port spec murah

Struggling with specs since kid, how tak best it was! I had accident when I was six and starting that day, I rabun. So since standard 1 i am a specky girl. Being a specky one people consider us as a careful one but unfortunately I am not. A week after my spec siap pun I dah terduduk on it and the most tak best part is have to listen to mom's nag (ny mom is very, very good at handling small things) and I didn't inherit that.
And then if duduk for some hours in airconded bus/ car nanti mesti your spec becomes foggy. You know how the struggle is 😂😂

So now I'm fully attached to clear contact lenses, (since I was 19 kot, tu pun sebab my spec patah masa PLKN, and my friend belikan lens and sent it to me), but then I think wearing spec is easier sebab anytime boleh cabut and pakai balik 🤓. Plus if you choose suitable glasswear it can be an identity y'know!

Memandangkan my power is quite high so I have to find affordable price for my spec because I'm not gonna wear it everyday(not thinking of spending much here) and I found one through Facebook account.
You even can get RM80 for a spectacle, with powered glass and some low charged amount for multi coated lens.

I tweeted about two months ago and most of the followers went there and DM'ed me to know the details so I'm gonna share it here. You can go tu Sungei Wang Plaza to find the shop(s)

But the fact is, I still don't go there 😅 Too busy!
My friend bought 3 specs for her once, she said the designs are all up to date and really cheap there. Your spec siap in about 2 hours.

*Someone come and bring me there. Hahaha.

Sincerely, Tyra

#tyraandfriends at Cameron Highlands!

It wasn't my first time there actually but this one was really exciting because I enjoyed the trip so much (after being so busy managing PBAKL job). Went there with all the colleagues, the sweet couple Hanim and Fadli (and of course their baby Abid), Moon and Sharmaine. We stayed for three days (two nights) at Century Pines Resort Hotel located at Tanah Rata and near to the town. If you're hungry at 2 am you just can walk out and go eat at the KFC, Starbucks or stalls there.

First day or arrival we just had rest at our rooms but guess what we had for dinner? Hehe. Steamboat :D. The steamboat is located nearby. If you go there, look for Restoran Abang at Food Camp. Their Nasi Lemak is just amazing!

Their crews are friendly made us love being there

We went to BOH Sungei Palas Tea Centre, it was my first time. Previous visits I only went to Bharat Tea Plantation which I visited on the next day of this trip. They got special menu which is NASI LEMAK CHEESE CAKE. The topping of the cheese cake is sambal and some fried anchovies and fried kacang goreng. Hahaha I couldn't eat even a slice.

I took strawberry cheese cake with original BOH tea. Yummy :)

Another place you have to go? Take a look!

Big Red Strawberry Far or Agro Tourism Garden. It's placed on top, if you are manual driver, make sure you use the lowest gear, haha.

I have more pictures but two of them are good enough for you!

At Bharat Tea Farm!

Everyday's breakfast. I rarely had breakfast, but this is awesome.

I've uploaded this on Instagram, hehe. Can you see the "Century Pines Resort" wordings?

Happy Abid!

See you later!

Bye #PBAKL2016

11 restless days is over! PBAKL is ended and we did it well. My very first project to manage, and lots of thanks to MD's PA; Sharmaine, my colleague Munira and the assistants (Sya, Ali and Haziq)
It wasn't that easy to deal with the company reps with a lot of expectations and of course they want the best from us to deliver. That's the most challenging part of mine!

PBAKL was held at MAEP Serdang starting 29th April until 9th May.
More than 800 booths were there, with a lot of activities. The merriest booths for me went to DBP, Sasbadi, and Telaga Biru.

Here are some moments of us (weren't snapped inside bcs we don't like crowd)

Bye!

Best White Charity Cafe

PROJECT B CAFE, SENTUL BOULEVARD
SENTUL EAST, KUALA LUMPUR

Everyday after office our me and my business partners will have a meeting to update and report the progress of our parts, y'know sometimes it's really a tough day and you just want a calm and good environment to hang out or relax. Usually we will do meeting at mamak because my managing director is addicted to all types roti telur roti bawang roti canai biasa roti planta or even roti gardenia (okay I tipu part tu). But sometimes I got bored so one day I ask them to go to a cafe there named Project B, I was attracted because it's all white! ALL WHITE. How can I resist if it is white?

We went there and the waiters and waitresses are all so young and cute. They greeted us softly spoken, good first impression. It is under Plan B (Publika Jalan Duta)
My favorite dishes there are onion ring with sour sauce (Idk the name) but it's really good. So fresh! And they got garden in front of the cafe. All the ingredients freshly plucked there.

The good thing about Plan B is, the volunteers are all students. Volunteer because all the profit chained to some party as charity. That's why I always feel good to be here. I can do charity.

Just have a try, come to Project B Cafe, Sentul Boulevard, Sentul East, Kuala Lumpur.
